Church members nab man with girlfriend’s head in Nasarawa

Worshippers at a church in Orozo, a community that shared border with the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja and Nasarawa State on Sunday, apprehended a man, identified as Oluwatimileyin Ajayi, found carrying the decapitated head of his girlfriend in a polybag during a church service.

The incident has sent shockwaves throughout the community and across the internet as graphic pictures and videos of the suspect and the decapitated head of a young woman circulated widely online.

The incident occurred around 11 am during a thanksgiving service marking the end of a seven-day fast.

The Ogun State Police Command has arrested a woman, Odeale Fatimah, for allegedly using a blade to inflict deep cuts on her 10-year-old ward in the Obada-Oko area of Ogun State.

Injuries inflicted with razor blade on the 10-year-old boy, Kpakpando gathered that the suspect allegedly tortured the 10-year-old boy identified as Olasunkanmi Oluwadamilare after accusing him of stealing N600 to buy ice cream for friends and as a form of discipline, the suspect used a razor blade to inflict deep cuts on the back of the boy’s hand, leaving him severely injured.

The spokesperson of the state police command, Superintendent of Police, Omolola Odutola, disclosed this in a statement sent to our correspondent on Monday.

She revealed that the case was reported by the National Association of Proprietors of Private Schools Obada Oko unit led by one Olagbegi Moses, the unit coordinator. on the other hand

A midnight bomb explosion occurred in Umuneke community, Mbieri in the Mbaitoli Local Government Area of Imo State.

Kpakpando learnt that the explosion, which occurred at a newly completed family house on Saturday night, reduced the house to rubble though no casualty was recorded.
